Phil Andrews is a highly experienced marine engineer and surveyor with over 20 years in the maritime industry. He specialises in Flag State Safety Inspections, IMCA eCMID inspections, vessel valuations, and technical consultancy. A member of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (MIMarEst) and the International Institute of Marine Surveying (IIMS), Phil has held key roles with Saudi Aramco and the Marshall Islands Registry, focusing on vessel safety, inspections, and technical investigations. He holds an HND in Marine Engineering and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen
